Position: Early Childhood Lead Teacher / Guide

Description: We seek a teacher who is patient and compassionate to provide an environment that meets the children’s needs cognitively, physically, socially and emotionally.

Pay is $17-$20/hour depending on experience and paid holidays and breaks. We follow the Summit School District for breaks with the exception of summer programming, offering approximately 9 weeks of paid holiday and vacation time. The yearly schedule supports balancing life outside of work, providing ample time to recharge. The weekly work schedule is 40 hours per week at 4.5 days/week (7:45am-4:30pm for four full days/week; 7:45-12:45 or 11:30-4:30 for one half day/week). We also offer health insurance assistance, a ski pass and employee appreciation.
