As an assistant at MSWP, you will support the lead guide with daily routines and procedures. You will assist in preparing and maintaining the classroom environment. You will protect the lead guide's lessons and implement positive classroom management. Your role will involve working with the lead guide to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the holistic development of each child in your care.
Qualifications: At least (18) eighteen years of age
Must be Early Childhood Teacher qualified in the state of Colorado or hold a Colorado Level 1 credential.
Able to relate well with children and adults.
Works well as part of a team with sufficient maturity and judgment to handle crisis situations in a positive way.
Demonstrates an interest in and knowledge of children & Montessori philosophy.
Salary Range: $20-$25 per hour
